Typical exemple of the ’60s american modernist illustrator, Charley Harper was able to turn animals to abstraction, while bringing them to life at the same time like no other. Most of his work was done for posters, magazines or books related to the north-american wildlife. A few years before his death he was able to witness - and act for - a new public interest for his pictures, wich led to a new range of books and games like this one by Ammo Books.
